Leading Self

Leading Self is the practice of intentionally influencing your thinking, feeling and behaviors to achieve your objective(s). It is having a developed sense of who you are, what you can do, where you are going coupled with the ability to influence your communication, emotions and behaviors on the way to getting there.

Leading Teams

A team leader or team lead is someone who provides guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership  to a group of other individuals (the team) for the purpose of achieving a key result or group of aligned results.

The ability to lead teams of all shapes and sizes is an essential skill — the key to getting things done in many organizations. But working in teams doesn’t come easy. Team leaders and influencers need a strong grasp of group dynamics — plus a clear picture of their own skills and behaviors.

Leave Legacy

How can you make a mark of your leadership to ensure that you have left behind something that generations and generations to come will remember you by, LONG after you have left the leadership scene?

Defining your leadership legacy is an intentional act that calls upon us individually to serve those whom we lead in a manner that is best for the greater good of a team, of an organization, or even a community.

Her Inspiration

What inspires us most are ordinary people who have done extraordinary things. We appreciate when someone has the ability and willingness to be selfless, creative, innovative, or just dares to be different. Mother Teresa. Gandhi. Martin Luther King, Jr. All of them were ordinary people who decided that the world needed their help — true leaders who believed that they could change the world and who, despite nearly impossible odds and tremendous opposition, weren’t afraid to try. You will find inspiring stories in videos and interviews of great women leaders across the continent.
